What Every Mom Must Have For Her Kids – Stick On Labels

    By Motheropedia | Motherhood, Parenting | 51 comments | 31 July, 2017 | 0

Thank you Mycutestickons for sponsoring this blog. All ideas, opinions and enthusiasm for Mycutestickons are my own.

What Every Mom Must Have For Her Kids – Stick On Labels!!

If you’re like me, the end of August and return to school is bittersweet. You might mourn the carefree days of summer but relish getting your time back.

Transitioning back to school is difficult. With the huge investment in school uniforms, stationery and school gear and with the thought of my child’s things getting lost or mixed up with others belongings, I’m always worried. We all know how expensive the cost of uniforms are!!  In the past I sat with a marker pen to label every piece of clothing, stationery, school gear and shoes!

The sad part is, despite the serious amount of time I invested in doing this, my toddler still managed to lose things. Not her fault really. While it made it to the ‘lost and found’ section at her school, the regular washing of the school items just made the labeling so faint that reading the names could be quite a challenge.

This year has been fantastic stick on labels thanks for mycutestickons.com !  With several variations in sizes, themes, functionality and prices, these stickers are a blessing for every mom!!  I chose the awesome unicorn theme because it just matched my daughter’s quality of being calm and her presence in our lives, magical. Of course, it’s also her favourite character!

    Stick On Labels

Colourful, practical, superior in quality and personalized with my daughter’s name (you can also add address, phone number or allergy/special attention details) these stick on labels have really become an integral part of my child’s belongings. All I have to do is peel and stick!

I am immediately heading to the website to check out the pricing and ordering process. Though in mumbai I have many options of getting such stickers but what really attracted me is that it is iron proof and micro wave proof too. Last year my daughter’s brand new shoes got exchanged in school when she removed it for her judo class. And as you said that permanent marker wasn’t “permanent ” so we never got our shoes back. So I need this stickers. Thanks for the review.

      • Motheropedia Reply August 15, 2017 at 9:31 am

These really are great Aesha. And gorgeous too.

Oh man this is brilliant….I am trying to teach my little one to put on shoes on her own and with this it would be easy for her to know which one goes in which foot….I love the ironing trick too…heading to their site now 😊

      • Motheropedia Reply August 15, 2017 at 9:33 am

The iron on labels have made my life easy. My son lost his sweater last year and ouch, it hurt!

    • Nayantara | MommyingbabyT Reply July 31, 2017 at 1:05 pm

Oh these look amazing. I remember as a child my little bro would put a plain square label on each and every object in the house and give them our family surname as well. So i have great memories of Moneybox Hegde and Powder Hegde. hahah But this is so cool that these stickers are versatile and can be stuck on any of the children’s objects. Even shoes, WOW. And the best part is that they are washable and safe in the microwave too.

    • Vidhi Reply July 31, 2017 at 1:42 pm

This one seems useful. How about after washing? Does it stay or gets removed? Do they come in printed form or we have to write on them?

      • Motheropedia Reply August 15, 2017 at 9:34 am

Vidhi, they are water resistant and don’t peel off at all. This is what I like about them. I’ve washed and soaped and soaked them but they last. Also they are printed and beautifully designed. The ones i got have a little glitter in them and that’s gorgeous.

They are a blessing! With Decathlon having taken over the kids, all bags look alike. It’s a blessing I have their property tags to help Inaaya and Ruhaan identify which bag is theirs.

IT’s very difficult to do it with markers because they keep peeling off. These ones are extremely superior in design and quality.

This seems like a blessing to me. I am just going to order these. In fact, I am so worried mosts of the times when I send my daughter to daycare in her best of shoes that they will get either lost or mixed or the teacher won’t be able to identify. This brand seems to be the solution for all. No hassles of losing anything plus having things customized on your name seems so amazing.

      • Motheropedia Reply August 15, 2017 at 9:41 am

If you haven’t ordered these already, They have an Independence Day Discount going on right now.

    • Shubhreet Reply August 1, 2017 at 7:04 pm

Omg! Answer to my prayers because I have been looking for water proof stickers for karma’s school bag and tiffins for ages! Even in school and day care they ask to put name stickers so bottles and all don’t get mixed up but whatever I put, gets washed off and leaves an ugly glue mark there. I’m definitely getting these! Thank you!

      • Motheropedia Reply August 15, 2017 at 9:45 am

    About Me

Before I became a mom I had dedicated myself to being an Educator. As a teacher I always counselled parents on the battles that went on in their lives as mothers. Once a mother, these battles raged within me. Having said this, I also sensed that mothers around me are always in conflict within themselves.
