HOW TO HELP OVER STIMULATED KIDS
I’ve noticed that my kids can kind off turn into little bits of violent tornadoes close to bed time.
They are exhausted and go into a physical overdrive. This has the undercurrents of physical aggression and is a classic symptom of over stimulated kids.
In other situations, an over stimulated child may just sit there. He may not pay attention to anything or anyone in the environment.
There are also those children who start crying uncontrollably because that’s his expression of over stimulation.
However it may emerge, over stimulation manifests differently in each child and the child begins to look out of control.
Either ways, you know your child best. So if you feel that your child is getting over stimulated, he probably is and you need to reach out. Here is some pointers on how you can handle it.

In simple words, just tell your kids that they need to relax and probably take a break to collect their breath.
